A licensed organisation may use, copy and adapt it internally for its own operations within the scope of its licence. It may not be resold, sublicensed, published, redistributed outside the licensed organisation, or used to deliver services to third parties without a written licence from GreyHyphen Labs.

How licensed copies are delivered
Every licensed document is issued personally. The download link is sent to the licensee's work email and is valid for a few days and a few downloads. Before downloading, the licensee accepts these terms and confirms a one-time code sent to that email address.
Each copy is generated for its licensee alone. It carries the licensee's name, organisation and a unique licence number on every page, together with hidden marks that identify the licence, and a licence certificate page. It is encrypted with AES-256 and opened with a password sent in a separate email. Editing and copying of text are disabled. Printing is disabled unless the licence includes print rights, which are available as an option. Downloads are logged.
Sharing a copy, or its password, outside the licensed organisation breaches the licence. A copy found elsewhere can be traced to the licence it was issued under.
Names and marks
PULSE, TRACE, NorthX and GreyHyphen Labs are names and marks of GreyHyphen Labs. No right to use them is granted except to identify the framework as the source of an adopting organisation’s practice. Licensing enquiries: info@greyhyphen.com.
No certification
The framework is provided as guidance. It is not a certification scheme, and alignment with the external standards it references is not a claim of certification against them. GreyHyphen Labs gives no warranty that its use will achieve any particular result.
